This workshop is a blend of Kundalini Yoga and Astrology dedicated to the Goddess Lilith — the first woman who knew she was equal to Adam, and was cast aside for it, replaced by the obedient Eve. Like many so-called “dark goddesses,” Lilith was demonized by the patriarchy — but in truth, she was a woman of love, power, and deep wisdom. She simply knew who she was and she how powerful she was. And she refused to bend. We need this energy now more than ever — and Lilith is waiting. Waiting for us to remember her, to reclaim her, and to walk with her again. Lilith first entered my life several years ago, when I began working with archetypes and studying the many goddesses. I was looking for one I could truly connect with — and then suddenly, she appeared. Just her name stirred something deep within me. And when I read her story, I knew instantly: This is my Goddess Archetype. This is the kind of woman I resonate with on a soul level. And so my journey with Lilith began — and now, I feel ready to share her with you. Lilith is not a goddess of light and sweetness. She is fierce. She is wild. She is deeply authentic and she does not compromise her truth. She lends her power to women in need — but she also asks for something in return: She asks that you face your shadows. She wants you to be authentic. That you stop playing small. That you take full responsibility for your wellbeing and truth. That you rise and become an Alchemist. And know this: She has your back. Always. Lilith is the energy of reclaiming your power. In this online workshop, we’ll begin with a powerful Kundalini Yoga practice to awaken the Lilith frequency within. From there, we’ll explore her expression in your personal birth chart: • Where is Lilith in your chart? • How is she showing up in your life? • And how can you work with her energy to embody more freedom, truth, and power?
