We begin with Sacred Kundalini Yoga—a gentle yet activating practice that guides you back into your body through conscious movement, breath, and presence, allowing your life force energy to flow freely. Inspired by astrology and Ayurveda, this practice is created in harmony with the energy of the moment. It opens and prepares your entire system—physically, emotionally, and energetically. From this state of activation, ceremonial cacao works at the heart level. It supports you in feeling more deeply, letting go, and opening up to what truly wants to be seen within you. In this open state, you will be guided through an inner journey, held by the harmonizing effects of Reiki energy work. Reiki operates on a subtle level, helping you to integrate the activated energy and bring it into perfect balance. A space where you can let go, receive, and realign. A space where you meet yourself again with conscious awareness. Kundalini—the creative life force within you—is invited to unfold gently here. It is often felt during the very first experience. What remains is a sense of clarity, connection, inner spaciousness, and a new sense of direction. This ceremony is an invitation to consciously feel yourself again, release blockages, and connect with your inner power.
