1 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
The deliveries, services and offers of Daniela Hofmann are exclusively based on these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again.
2 Conclusion of a contract
With the sending of your order via internet a binding contract is concluded. You are therefore also obliged to pay for the ordered goods and to accept our delivery. With your order, you expressly confirm that you are of legal age and that you are aware of the scope of the order. If you have any questions in this context, please ask us before placing your order. We will be happy to answer them. We are enormously concerned to offer our customers a top service and to ship all orders as immediately as possible.
3 Jurisdiction
The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is at all times Richterswil.
4 Right of cancellation, withdrawal from the contract

Basically we deliver by prepayment or PayPal and credit card.
6 Shipping costs
Shipping costs do not apply, because our products are digital.
7 Minimum order value
We do not have a minimum order value.
8 Delivery and service time
We usually deliver within a few minutes. The published delivery times are approximate. We strive to send the goods digitally within the shortest possible time.
9 Payment, dunning
Payment is made via prepayment, PayPal or credit card. If the payment is not received within 10 days on our account, you will receive an automatically generated payment reminder by e-mail.
10 Guarantee, warranty obligations
If the products do not meet the expectations, the customer has the possibility within 24 hours to withdraw from the purchase and will receive a full refund.
11 Prices
The prices stated in our order confirmation are decisive. The prices include the statutory VAT.
12 Healing effect, interaction
A healing effect of the products offered by us is not promised and the customer acts in self-responsibility. We disclaim any liability and point out that our products, coachings and videos should be seen purely as entertainment. The products are not medicines and do not replace a doctor or psychotherapist. However, they can positively influence a medical treatment and its course. Physical and mental complaints belong in the hands of a doctor or therapist. In case of problems, we ask you primarily to consult the appropriate specialists. If you are taking medication, clarify any risks with your doctor or pharmacist. In the case of food supplements, do not exceed the recommended dosage.

For events, the respective terms and conditions of the organizer who organizes the event apply.
