Cosmic Notes

A Longing to Share

I haven’t written a blog in a while, but I feel like I want to share something with all of you today.

It is about my love story with astrology.

The First Spark

Since I was a child, I knew the concept of astrology. My family was open to it, and they even created one of those birth chart booklets for me — do you remember those? They were pretty popular here in Switzerland.

Discovering Aries

I remember being categorized as an Aries, since my sun is in Aries — and that’s what most people think of when they hear "astrology," right? They think of their sun sign. My dad had a secretary back in the day who was also an Aries, and he saw some similarities between the two of us.

I do feel like I carry some very Aries characteristics: being curious, having no problem starting new things, being very optimistic and just jumping into things without overthinking. I'm passionate and full of ideas, and it's easy for me to motivate others. I know who I am and have a strong connection to myself — and I stand up for myself, most of the time.

Hello, Pisces Rising

But I also have other characteristics. I'm dreamy, intuitive, and highly sensitive to my surroundings. If someone I care about is in a bad mood and I don’t know why, it affects me deeply. I can become a people-pleaser in certain situations because I’m afraid of the disappointment or pain I might cause others — because I feel it all. It can feel overwhelming to hold all those emotions. This is my Pisces rising. But of course, it also represents my intuitive gift of reading people and the deep connection to the Universe.

A Unique Blend

And of course, I carry many other traits from other signs that soften and balance my Aries energy. And honestly when I meet people with a lot of Aries energy, I can get exhausted just listening to how much they’re doing!

That said, we are all carrying different energies within us — and they show up differently. Different energies blend together, and sometimes they contradict each other.

Curious About People, Not Just Places

Coming back to my astrology story: I've always been fascinated by archetypes and deeply connected to other realms, even if I didn’t understand it fully at the time.

Because I love traveling (also shown in my chart!), I knew early on I wanted to work in tourism. I did my apprenticeship at a travel agency and worked there, but I soon realized I was just as interested in studying the clients booking the trips than in the trips themselves. I began playing with astrology even then, guessing clients' sun signs. Since I could ask for their birthdates, I could check if I was right.

Of course, now I know we often sense other energies first — not necessarily someone’s sun sign.

Zodiac Dating Diaries

Back then, I already had astrology books. I remember my little book collection about each zodiac sign and how to date them. That was basically my dating guide! I would study the men I dated based on their sun signs, and if I knew their rising signs, I’d take that into account too.

I observed how they all behaved differently, and I have to admit: I was on a date with men of every sun sign and quickly realized that some just didn’t match for me. This also applies to friendships, by the way.

I remember a friend asking me when I was about 18, after I talked about which signs I liked, "So if a guy has a different sign, would you still date him?" LOL! Says a lot, right? Of course, I said yes — and looking back, maybe subconsciously I was already studying astrology through dating!

Living My Spirituality Fast forward a few years: I began to live my spirituality more openly. I had never denied it, but I hadn’t shown it actively either. Still, it always had space in my deeper connections.

The Awakening

In 2012, I experienced a form of spiritual awakening during a few days of intense tooth pain. I won't go into all the details, but let me just say — I was in bed, in the dark, with a fever, and I thought, "This can’t just be tooth pain. Maybe it’s something serious, like a brain tumor." Something shifted in me. I started asking myself: What is really important? And little by little, I began to change my life and priorities. I reinvented myself.

One could also say it had to do with the transiting planets over my ascendant — everything is interconnected and transiting planets do affect us!!!!

The Journey to India

Not long after, I became a yoga teacher, quit my job, and traveled to India for another Yogateacher Training and I stayed for several months. It was a time to reconnect with my soul. When I came back I continued to study — almost a bit obsessed — holistic health (Ayurveda), Kundalini Yoga, and started teaching and coaching. And I came back to astrology again and again, mostly through self study. I started to connect the dots and understood my struggles and pain — and especially why I needed those experiences for my life path more.

My Birth Chart: A Magical Guide

I started deeply studying my own birth chart and found answers there that I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Even today, I’m still uncovering new layers in my chart. It feels like a never-ending journey — so magical.

Energy Is My Mother Tongue

I often say energy is my mother tongue and all my offerings are somehow connected to energy. It’s the language I feel most at home in. Astrology, as a language of energy, gave me insights into world events and my personal life. But it’s only in the past three years that I took a really deep dive. I became obsessed (in the best way!) and started understanding how to read the symbolic language of energy: planets, asteroids, energy points, Aspects, archetypes...

Ready to Share

And only now, after these years, do I feel confident enough to share this with you. I’m now beginning to weave astrology into my offerings — just a few for now also moving with the current energy of Taurus — slow, intentional, consistent, grounded. More to come soon! Let me tell you it feels like I came here for this. All those years of trainings and deep shadow work prepared me for this moment. Because astrology isn't something you just study. It needs to be remembered, felt, integrated, embodied. And I feel that’s what has happened to me.

The Power of Astrology in Transformation

As many of you know, I’m all about transformation and liberation: freeing ourselves from conditioning, patriarchal structures, limiting beliefs, and old stories so we can return to our true essence — in Kundalini Yoga we call it Sat Nam. Astrology fits just perfectly into that philosophy and upgrades my already excisting offerings tremendously.

A Shortcut to the Soul

Using astrology is like taking a shortcut — going straight to the heart of things, without having to dig through countless sessions. It’s fast, it’s effective (just like Kundalini Yoga is too), and it’s beyond magical.

Coming Home to Yourself

It’s not about becoming something. It’s about remembering. Letting go of all the conditioning and layers you thought you needed to be accepted in this world.

It’s about reclaiming your power — the power you’ve always had. When you reconnect to your true essence, things begin to shift.

I can’t teach you anything. But I can support you in remembering who you truly are — and always were.

Astrology the Feminine Way

The way I share astrology is modern, spiritual, and feminine.

And I’m so excited to begin sharing it with you.
